All inflatables are usually secured on open level natural ground by 18″ ground stakes.

Customer MUST inform us if needing an alternate set up, such as on concrete.

Customer will ensure the setup location is free of all debris, animal waste, or any other objects that could damage the inflatable. We do not set up on gravel/rocks, pure dirt or pure sand. It is the customers’ responsibility to mark any and all in-ground water, telephone or power lines. There can not be any overhead obstructions that can interfere or damage the inflatable. Ask us about your specific rental unit.

A dedicated 110v plug, per unit, must be within 75 feet of setup location for each blower; some units will require more than one blower. If your rental is a wet unit we must be within 100 feet of a water faucet. Please make us aware of any concerns or questions. We will not allow our units to run off of a generator. Electrical cord will be provided with the rental; however, water hoses are not provided.

All rentals are typically 8 hours and greatly depend on the demand/schedule we have for your unit. We will call/text prior to pickup and delivery. We typically deliver between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM and pick-up after 6:00 pm for residential rentals unless it will be kept overnight. Events at public or non-residential locations will require delivery when someone can be met for setup and dismantled as soon as the event is over. No rental piece should be left unattended

Big Time Slides is not responsible for weather conditions. During periods of severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, lightning, etc.) we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. If conditions are not severe, we will give the option of renting the unit or not. If you decide to rent the unit for the term of the rental agreement, there will be no discount, rain check or refund once the unit is set up. Should winds turn severe during your rental, you must deflate the unit immediately until all winds have reached safe and stable conditions.

Big Time Slides is insured and holds standard liability insurance to protect the business from incidents that may arise. Big Time Slides is not responsible for any injuries, and renter assumes all risks that may arise from use of all of our units.
